The guy that does the piercing does a good job, but if you don’t wanna serve people who brings their own jewelry just say that and that you only wanna sell your jewelry. I ordered a ring online and he stated the decoration would irritate my nose but the one he sold me had the same decoration on it. He got an attitude when I told how could this be any different from the one I brought in because it was made the same way. I went right to stay gold tattoo and didn’t have any problems with them and she put my ring in with no problems. I recommend anyone to go there before going to good neighbor because their piercer has a problem.

Amazing service. My piercer, who I wish I could remember their name, was absolutely wonderful. Helped me with my anxiety and talked me through the whole process. Incredibly clean and sanitary, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Already planning another trip back.

My girlfriend had a walk-in ear piercing here and it’s very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The piercer was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will come back here for her navel piercing.

Lemme start off by saying that this was my first tattoo and I was looking around Birmingham and this was my third choice because the first two were closed and I’m so happy I ran into this place first. Ryan the guy who did my tattoo was super nice and wholesome. He may look intimidating but he’s a funny, nice, And a wholesome man. The staff were also nice and welcoming and the shop was super clean. I think I found my to go place for future tattoos.

If you're thinking about coming here all I can say is DO IT!! it was the most wonderful piercing experience I've ever had and you literally could not be in better hands. From start to finish I was well informed, taken care of, and made comfortable. I will only be coming here for piercings from on and I imagine the tattoo experience is much the same. Seriously, the place is the best and I can't recommend it enough!

I went last night on a whim to get a small tattoo. Dave was able to do. He was so natural at making sure I was extremely comfortable and actually enjoying the experience. He also explained every step before he did them.
