I got a navel piercing and it was placed above the navel. On top of that a lot of skin was taken and used while the bar length was too short. The piercing will not properly heal and is constantly hurting me due to the placement. It’s been two months now. I called time and time again to get some help and was told to text a picture to a piercer and got ignored again. I definitely don’t recommend this shop to get piercings. I’ve had many before and never once had them so improperly placed.

I provided Jeff a picture of the tattoo I wanted and was clear I didn’t want a cartoon looking tat. It turned out absolutely horrible when he finished. His shading looked like ghost and claws around a flower - HORRIBLE! The lady who did my coverup said he didn’t even use the photo i provided - that or he was blind. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy!

Ear started to hurt, so I had to go to another shop since they were not open till Tuesday. The lady told me they had pierced it way too far back that it would never heal that way and that it surely would have landed me in the emergency room. She removed it and now if I wanted to have it redone, it's going to cost me even more money when I shouldn't have to. It should have been done right the first time. I'm disappointed.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I went into there in February to get my noise pierced. The first time it stayed in for almost 2 weeks and came out. That same day I went there to get it put back in the lady told me she had to re-pierce it. She was extremely rough. Now today I go there because the diamond came out of the piercing. The same lady who did it the second time takes the old piercing out and then she states she’s going to have to pierce it again. How did it close in the matter of 2 seconds if that. I am convinced that the lady had no clue as to what she was doing. It was a waste of money. I immediately got irritated. I would not recommend this place to a dog.

Jeff did amazing on my tattoo. It was my first tattoo and I was a little nervous but it went great. Very enjoyable experience. I Will definitely be getting more work done soon

Had my lobe pierced about a year ago and just got a cartilage one a week ago and I'm absolutely in love with both and have had no problems with any of them. Jeff did my lobe and was very pleasant to talk to even at 9:30 at night. The lady that did my cartilage was so sweet and so was her mom who came to visit. I'll definitely be going back in the future

Waited on Jeff for almost an hour before he showed up... he had problems with a rental car , he texted me a couple times giving me updates and when he showed up he apologized and got to work immediately sizing up my tattoo and gave me a discounted estimate because I had to wait so long. That’s what I call owning up to it!! He went to work on my tattoo and was incredibly accurate and I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and artistry! :) I can’t wait to come back for another in the future. Thanks Jeff!! Great job!
