Katie is so sweet and very helpful! My daughter and I just had her pierce our nose and she was the best.. She was very patient talking to us and made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her.

Very busy shop and it took a couple of tries coordinating my schedule with theirs to get worked on but well worth it. The owner ran behind but still stayed after hours (until after 2am) to finish me up. Shop is immaculately clean and artists are friendly and talented. Thanks, Jeff!

Was told price over phone for piercing, then in salon I was asked if I was told a price, I told guy what I was quoted, charged for piercing (which supposedly included jewelry), I tipped cash because cc slip didn't have a place to leave tip, but my the actual charge that cleared my bank was $10 more than what I signed for (which was piercing & a ring) He watched me throw away the receipt..... So when I called he said well unless you have the receipt you can't prove it. That's great customer service.

Behind the parlors front desk, it stated that refunds for deposits will be granted for those that give a week in advance notice. Today is the 6th of October 2020 and my appointment was set for the 14th of October 2020. The artist stated that he has never given a refund in over 30yrs of tatting. I left a deposit of $50. The artist then stated that if I wanted to keep my appointment it'll be good for however long. I CANT TRUST THAT and would not trust someone like this to tattoo me.

Jeff was great! Came in on a Sunday to pierce my teenagers' noses. He was super helpful with questions I had about future work for myself. Shop is huge, comfy and super cool.

Got previous tattoo fixed. Final result was worse than original. Tattoo artist blamed me for doing aftercare wrong but I did exactly what he told me and what was on aftercare sheet. My opinion is they arent good at doing tattoos on dark skin.

I have a chest plate covered up about a year ago and unless u knew what was there before you wouldn't ever think it was a cover up. I have been to many different tattoo shops in many different places, and Tattoo Jungle is deffinitly a place I would recommend...
