Came here for a thigh tattoo in November (2021), and while I'm happy with the tattoo, I won't go back to the specific artist that tattooed me. The atmosphere was too open, the artist was not very communicative and seemed less than enthusiastic about the tattoo. As someone who isn't very social, I felt kinda forced to converse, even when I didn't want to. Waiting in the cold for an hour already sucked, but being made to feel uncomfortable was much worse.

Haven't gotten the chance to get any tattoos here yet, but I've gotten a few piercings with Aaron. I am always impressed by the level of professionalism, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the quality of jewelry. Found this place through a friend that recommended I get my navel and conch piercings done by Aaron and I could not be happier! He was super nice and friendly but also professional in making sure I was comfortable. I had my navel done ab a year ago but had it removed so I was a little nervous the pain would be worse the second time around bc of scar tissue. Luckily the first one was crooked so Aaron was able to pierce the new one straight and without issue! I absolutely love my piercings and they have healed very well. I have a really high pain tolerance and Aaron is very good at his job so neither piercing hurt too much. Conch hurts just a little more. Overall 10/10 experience and will be coming back for more piercings!!!

Aaron has done several piercings for me. He's very professional about his work, he uses good quality material, and his prices are reasonable. He tries to make the experience as comfortable as he can for the client. He talks you through the process before and during, the aftercare, and if you have questions he's happy to answer them for you. He tries to make the piercing pain free as possible. I went to get my septum done and Aaron is such a nice man. Not only did my septum piercing turn out amazing, I also felt so comfortable around the staff. I've been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder for over a year now. This place made me feel at home and made me 10x less nervous about getting my piercing. I'll be getting my first tattoo there hopefully in august!
