For my first tattoo experience it was fantastic. You are greeted with a smile and friendly face. Nick knocked my tattoo out of the park. Would highly recommend this little hole in the wall. Will be back for sure.

Very professional service. They were very concerned about caring for my wife's and my tattoos. Ana is an amazing artist. She enlarged the piece I wanted to better fit my forearm. Perfect work! We will definitely be back.

I love my first tattoo I got 3/16/16 for my big 38 on 3/17!!! Great customer service from the first call to talk about scheduling an appointment to the very end!!! Ana came up with a much better idea for what I wanted than the pic of one I came in with!!! She was very patient and carried good conversation through the new beauty mark!!! The business is very clean and private rooms!!! Ana has her ceiling decorated like a night sky with fiberoptic lights for the stars😊😊😊. Very peaceful to look at while laying down getting the tattoo.

The guy who gave me my tattoo was absolutely crabby. When I asked questions he become rude and snappy with me. He didn't even greet me when I first walk In and also wasn't up for conversation (which is okay, but he was extremely rude about it). It was also my first time so when I asked about what to do to treat the tattoo for the aftercare he silenced me and then I was shocked I didn't ask another question out of fear of being ridiculed again. But all in all the tattoo looks great and he was quick. Just extremely mean and I wouldn't get another tattoo from them.

Took a deposit for my 17 year old and myself to get our matching tattoos and had us fill out paperwork Wednesday for our Friday appt. They knew she was 17, but Friday night refused to do our tattoos because “it’s against the law” because she’s only 17, which it isn’t. Then wouldn’t refund the deposit for her tattoo even though they never had any intention of doing her tattoo because they were “trying to leave by 9:00”. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

DO NOT GO HERE. I just got a tattoo here. The man at the front desk was very friendly! But the man who gave me the tattoo was super RUDE! He was the older guy. He never gave me his name. This was my second tattoo, so I know that this was a bad experience. He never let me ask any questions and would shush me whenever I spoke. Never told me he was using a new needle. And just placed the tattoo on my ankle without asking me if that was where I wanted it or if it looked alright. I will never return here. And I hope you don't either. Nobody should be treated this horribly for a tattoo. Tattoos are suppose to be a fun happy experience. But he made it miserable!!

Great service very kicked back people. Made me feel right at home. Very fast to listen to what you wont. Even with just a picture off my phone. I was tatted and out. Door in less 4 hours on a very detailed peace. As a artest myself from my home state of Ohio. I was very happy with my tattoo. Floyds work should dif be your 1st look when you are in Orange beach. I absolutely loved this shop! The people were all very nice and they actually cared about what I was getting. Chad did an amazing job on my tattoo. And cared about what he was putting on my body. I would drive the 12 hours to go back and get more from him.
