I went by today as a walk in and I absolutely loved it. I got helix piercings done on both ears and it was quick and painless. I normally cry when getting shots at the doctor but my eyes didn’t water at all getting this. She was professional and very patient. If I ever get anymore work done this will be my go to place!

I got my nose done here about a year ago and the person who pierced it was very professional and friendly and didn't let me walk out without knowing everything needed to know about the up keep of a piercing. It's a chill environment and I was done in about 30 mins maybe less. I'm thinking of going back here for my tattoo... Looked like they had great artistry too.

Great people, greater Tattoos. The Tattoo artist's are great and will include you the drawing of the Tattoo. Get your opinion on how n what you you want to Express in the Tattoo, They want the best Tattoo for you with your input. In other words they want to include any input that you have to make it Yours. Great people.

Have been here multiple times for my son and self. Always great staff! James and Rocket were great, but staff has changed. Medusa has great choice in artists though.
Jesse did great on my latest piece and Iza and Taz are super friendly! Will always recommend Medusa's!

I am highly dissatisfied with the service from this tattoo shop! I was referred to the shop by a friend because of their 2 for 1 special on their piercings on tuesdays but the day that I happened to go there was Friday the 13th in which they had $13 piercing specials. I arrived at the shop a little after 8pm and was told the special ended at 8:30pm however the advertisement abt the special did not have a cut off time it only stated first come first serve until the shop closes at 12pm and it also stated to write down your name and number and the special would be honored another day if the service couldn’t be done but I was told just to come back on a Tuesday when the 2 for 1 special is available, in which I did just that so I came back the following Tuesday and after 30 minutes of waiting I was told they did not have the proper tool for the piercing that I wanted and I was told to call back that Friday to see if the shipment with the tool came in. I called back that Friday and was told the shipment didn’t come but I can come in still and get the piercing, so when I got there the tattoo artist told me she have an alternative tool she can use but there is no guarantee with that being said I didn’t want any complications with my piercing so I agreed to come back. So I waited abt a week and a half two weeks later still no tool available, so at this point I’m really aggervated and will just settle for one of the piercings I wanted and come back and get the other one that I really wanted when the tool is available. So I paid my $35 that day and Chelsea told me that she would still honor the 2 for 1 special since that’s when I originally came and she told me to follow her on instagram and dm her so I wouldn’t have to keep calling the shop to see if the piercing can be done. So it’s been abt 2 weeks now since I messaged her and still no response so I decided to go up there on a Saturday, when I make it there I was then told that Chelsea was on vacation and wouldn’t be back until that Monday. I didn’t go back because at this point I’m so disgusted with the whole situation because I’ve literally been given the run around for a whole month and a half for a simple piercing. I definitely wouldn’t be back or recommend anyone to the shop.

Lotus was amazing! She gave me my second piercings in my lobes, took maybe 3 minutes. I will be going back soon!

The place is clean enough, but not very professional. The artist did an OK job but didn't really give me what I wanted. My son and I got matching tattoos and his artist, Jesse, did a much better job capturing what we wanted. Mine is already faded after just a couple of weeks. I'm going back to get Jesse to touch it up.

Oml! Tattoo is absolutely amazing!! Got my STUNNING tattoo done by Nudie and I got an AMAZING piercing by Deebo! Absolutely great and sweet staff ♡♡ would definitely come back for another tattoo and another piercing!

I had the best experience at this place he didn’t give me a hard time because i’m a minor only needed ID for guardian and myself and he did it fast and clean. 10/10

i went in asking for a lavender behind my ear! these first three photos were the exact reference photos i shared. the fourth photo was what i got sent out with. i was not shown a stencil (i had to ask to see it and it was briefly flashed at me) i was not shown the placement (i did not want it this large nor did i want it so low on my neck. i wanted it right behind my ear and my receipt even says so.) i wasn't even shown the actual tattoo when it was finished. i went out to my car and looked at it and was absolutely beyond disappointed. i went in to talk to the artist and he argued with me and said it looked exactly like the reference photos (leaves?? lavenders don't even have leaves?? i dunno where that came from.) the last photo is the "fixed" result which was free handed (and he added more leaves after i told him initially i was upset at the fact that there were leaves.) i was crying during the touch up and he asked me why i was crying. i spent 80 dollars (plus a 20 dollar tip) on the ugliest tattoo i now have. it is so large and in such a compromising spot that i don't know how i can get it covered up or fixed. i left sobbing and at no point was i offered a refund or a different appointment to fix it more. i've always had positive experiences at medusa's and i did not think my tattoo could possibly turn out this bad.
