With a clean and friendly atmosphere, we strive to make each client feel comfortable and informed while providing them with high quality artwork that lasts a lifetime! Each artist is a licensed professional with private rooms available. We touch up our own work free for life; and I, as the owner, will personally correct or cover any piece you receive by any artist past or present that you are unhappy or disappointed with free of charge—up to a year from the date you got it, and within reason."

Great place for tattoos or piercings. I've gotten two piercings from Lotus and she has done a fantastic job. She told me exactly what she was going to do and when, making it an easy and almost painless experience . My husband and I have multiple tattoos done by Medusa and we love them all. She is truly a great tattoo artist who takes the time to design a tattoo you will love. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for either of these services.

I had heard really great things about this shop, so I went in to get my tragus pierced on April 23. Lotus did my piercing, and told me that she was capable of doing the piercing. When she was doing the piercing she said the needle did not go all the way through my cartilage having to pierce it again and caused a lot of pain. She also told me I could go anywhere to get it exchanged so I went somewhere to get it exchanged and they said that the piercing was messed up (The piercer told me that it was so far back that it was hard to exchange the piercing due to it being so close to my face.) She should NOT have done the piercing to begin with if she didn't know how to do it in the first place.

Walked in with my aunt who was curious about prices and styles. I had already had a few in mind. We were greeted by someone as soon as they finished a piercing which wasn't a long wait. Once we were introduced my aunt knew Instantly what she wanted and James(if I remember correctly) had on a tye-dye cat shirt. My aunt fell in love with it since its her two favorite things cats and tye-dye. He quickly drew up a design and got her sitting in the chair to get it done. I had been speaking to Rocket who I talked about my designs. We decided on which one we had time for today and talked about the meaning behind it which made it even more special once finished. Both are amazing artists, professional but laid back. The equipment ran smoothly and the area was clean. I am already planning my next visit for the other tattoos! I highly recommend this place especially for custom tattoos as they will make sure to work with you and adjust as needed. Don't be afraid to speak up even if it is your first(like my aunt). They have created another tattoo addict haha.

The office staff is ruining this business. I've been there numerous times for a tattoo and numerous times I've put my name on the list and numerous times I never get a call back. I will even explain to them that this keeps happening and they will promise to call me and still don't. Yesterday I went in and they only had one artist who was going to do a sleeve on someone so he couldn't take me. She said they would have 2 artist in on Wednesday and I requested Chris. Guess what, no body called me. I called them and they couldn't even find the list from yesterday. He was booked for the day. I love Medusa's work, but I can't deal with the staff anymore.

Absolutely in love with my tattoo that Chris did yesterday. It is by far my favorite tattoo!!! Everyone was amazing. It was a great service and nice people. It was clean and Chris was cool to hang out with. Definitely my favorite tattoo place to go. I’ve got 2 piercings and 2 tattoos from them. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

I brought my 4 year old daughter in to get her ears peirced, deebo did an amazing job of not only piercing her ears but making sure she was calm and comfortable during the whole process! I highly recommend if you want your kid (or yourself!) to get their ears peirced to bring them to Medusa's and ask for deebo! He is amazing with kids! This shop is very great i will definitely be coming back!

I’ve had 2 tattoos done at this same place by 2 different people and they both did an amazing job. The shop is very clean and so are the artists. I’ll recommend it every time.
