With a clean and friendly atmosphere, we strive to make each client feel comfortable and informed while providing them with high quality artwork that lasts a lifetime! Each artist is a licensed professional with private rooms available. We touch up our own work free for life; and I, as the owner, will personally correct or cover any piece you receive by any artist past or present that you are unhappy or disappointed with free of charge—up to a year from the date you got it, and within reason."

i called as a walk in to be put on a waiting list and was told i had about a 2 hour wait. and they’d call me when they were ready. i walked in and let them know i was there and would be waiting in my car. so i waited for 2 and a half hours and then they locked the door and turned off the light. didn’t call or anything and completely closed on me. was a little inconsiderate to not let people know they were done for the night

I got my first tattoo at Medusa's almost a year ago. It was an overall good experience, I even told friends about the place. However, since then it seems like the customer service part of the buisness has gone downhill. It's just isn't worth the hassle anymore when there are so many other tattoo shops with friendlier service.

Nudie was absolutely great very funny and made me feel very comfortable his work is absolutely gorgeous and I highly recommend checking him out!!! The whole shop was very welcoming 5 stars all around!!!

Went to get name on their daily walk-in list. Left phone # but didn't get contacted which led me to assume my turn didn't come before walk-in cutoff time of 7pm. Haven't had chance to go on their site to schedule an appointment. I DID like that they contact their walk-ins when it's their turn rather than having them hanging around waiting to hear their name called.
