My best friend & I came in for a very special tattoo. We just buried one of our best friends. We knew what design we wanted, but we weren’t sure about placement, etc. Anna was such a great help! She was very sweet & understanding of our situation. She took such great care of us & we couldn’t be happier with the end result! We will be back to see her. Also, the entire staff was nice & professional. Junior also helped us out & made us smile. A little kindness goes a long way! Two thumbs up for Old Familiar. We will be back!!

Went to get a tattoo and didn't like the way the guy handled ink so I got upset few weeks later I forced myself to go back to talk to owner he was very understanding and sincere I appreciated that so much the guy who did my ink also apologized which means a lot to me so I will continue to go to them because of that customer service is always needed to diffuse a situation

I never leave reviews but Mary was so great I have to. Super quick, clean, and comfortable. Talked to me through the whole thing and by far the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. Getting my septum redone by her after years of having it out was even better than the first time I got it pierced, even with the scar tissue from the first piercing. Also, the counter guy Larry was extremely nice. Thank you guys so much.

Came in sunday afternoon and was able to get matching tattoos with my mom and cousin and also a nose piercing all under an hour and at a very great price! Will and Tori were amazing and i will definitely be going back! thank you old familiar!!
