"Booking Policy: We understand that things may come up that could result in a need to reschedule your session. You will be allowed up to two complimentary reschedules, if needed. If a third reschedule is needed, an additional deposit must be paid. A $25 late fee will be applied to your remaining balance if you are 15+ minutes late for your session."
