I’ve been there twice now to have work done and both times I’ve been absolutely blown away. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. Not only have I had amazing work done there, but I’ve seen absolutely stunning art come out of this little shop. 10/10. Definitely the place to go if you’re in the phenix city/Columbus area!

Came in to have a piercing redone. Steven was awesome and advised that we wait for the site to heal before re-piercing for an overall better result. He gave us lots of advice and an overview of the process. Great experience!

Great experience! I called ahead and was given available times. Everything was right on schedule. Super clean environment and very professional. The good stuff is that it was an enjoyable experience! Steve listened to what I had to say and was able to give me good advice. It’s nice to have a professional give their opinion and care more about what’s good for me than making a buck. The company and conversation was great! I’ve had multiple tattoos and piercings and I have to say I’m impressed that he is confident and precise in his work; which means a lot less room for error or pain for the customer. Follow up care and instructions were thorough and helpful. I hope he has a great career!

Found this place last year and now its the only shop i go too. The shop is nice and all the artist are great. The prices are great too, compared to alot of the other shops. I always go to Hannah but all the portfolios are awesome. Ive handed out a ton of their cards.

The piercer was very nice went thru all the procedures. He didn’t rush on me or my friends piercing and we had gotten a nose and industrial piercing and it was quick and simple with a painless procedure. They make you feel so welcome I would recommend them to any and will go back.

Jason (the piercer) is super nice, takes his time and doesn’t make you feel rushed or uncomfortable. Big shout out to Hannah she has done a few tattoos of mine she has awesome work and I highly recommend her to everyone! The owner (Eugene) doesn’t meet a stranger & a super nice guy.

My husband and I have a thing about getting small meaningful tattoos when we go out of town on trips. We went on a weekend trip with friends to Columbus for White Water Rafting and had such an amazing experience! We had this rafting guide named Waffle that had great energy and showed us a great time (almost died but worth it). We ended up calling South Railroad Ink and inquired about shop minimum and if anyone there would be willing to bang out 4 small tattoos for us before we left town. The guy that answered the phone (I didn’t get his name) was super friendly and said he would take our message and see if anyone had the time. Two hours later Sable was texting me about ideas and told us to head in. She was amazing! She stayed late and sketched out what we wanted and had all four of us taken care of in about 3 hours! Sable was a little quiet at first but ended up having great conversations with us while she worked and kept me laughing! If we’re ever back in Columbus Ga, we’ll definitely be back to see her!
