This shop is amazing! All the people here are laid back and chill! The atmosphere is amazing and welcoming! If you can't hae a good laugh and joke around this isn't the place for you! Krystal, Stephanie & Kevin are all freaking amazing! You need a tat or. Pericing they hae what you need!

Girlfriends parents got her a gift certificate. The owner stephenie canceled their set reservation last minute. Girlfriend was moving and was clear that she needed it done before that. Stephanie didnt do anything to resolve situation. Then proceeded to threaten my girlfriend and her mother, and said the gift certificate that was paid for was no longer valid. Very unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend.

I purchased a gift certificate for my daughter as a birthday present in the amount of $175. My daughter on two seperate occassions set up appointments with the tattoo artist ( June 7th and 11th) on both ocassions the tattoo artist cancelled the appointments after she had already shown up for her appointments, stating "she forgot." My daughter informed the tattoo artist that she was due to ship off to join the military on June 13th and inquired about a refund at that time, the tattoo artist informed her she did not issue refunds and "would see" if she could fit her in the next day (June 12th). The next day the tattoo artist let her know she had no room and cut off all communication with my daughter, I tried to reach out to this so-called professional but to no avail, would recommend you seek out an actual real professional and save your money before booking a tattoo appointment at this establishment or buying a gift certificate from them, unless you enjoy flushing your money down the toilet.
