I’ve gotten 6 tattoos here over the last 6 months and haven’t had a single bad experience. All the artists and piercers are really cool to just be around and the entire atmosphere is really calm and relaxing. I’ve gone to two artists, Amber (who sadly no longer works there) and Juelz and both are very talented and calming to be around :)

Recently moved to Arizona and got my first tattoo here by Jason. He did AMAZING on my work and was very reasonable about pricing. My boyfriend also got his ears pierced. They did great work on him and he is very happy about his outcome, as am I. LOVE this shop. I’ve had my earlobes reconstructed and after they healed, I went to get my earlobes pierced. Dilan gave me great advice on helping my scar tissue and made sure to pierce my earlobe in the right areas. After a couple of months, I then went in again for my second piercing on both ears. Both times I felt very taken care of since my earlobes have been through a lot! I recommend this place to anybody looking for a new piercing!

The lady that helped me out with my piercings was the sweetest and very informative on how to take care of the piercings! I definitely recommend this place they are very professional. I had a keloid on one of my ears and thought to take out the piercing but right away she gave me the remedy to help cure it! 👍

Okay so I went in today and it was the best experience ever. I wasn’t even there for 5 minutes, everything went by super quick. I got my septum pierced and the piercer Dilan was super nice and careful. Everything was clean and it was all at a great price. Definitely going again for my other piercings ! <3

Edit from my original review*** I was upset at first, but all was calmed down and fixed!
Dilan was amazingly awesome! I went in for two piercings, one on my nose and a Monroe piercing on my upper lip, it was fast, it was painless and the healing process to ok less than one day! I have had bad experiences in the past with nose piercings that took forever to heal or got infected!
The shop is clean, Dilan took his time to explain everything, was thorough and had great customer service all the way until the end!
I will definitely be coming back again! I know with The pandemic we're going through everybody has different emotions and different ways they run their business, I think there was miscommunication at first and my only feedback is that maybe a sign be put up for a customer to text ahead of time to sign in or get directed on pricing, and possibly even wait in their vehicles If they are uncomfortable waiting on a crowded couch.

Truly, I can't say enough how pleased and happy I'm with the outcome of my tattoo coverage. Amber is extremely talented and professional. She gave me helpful advices and guided me through the process of deciding what to do. Her work on my shoulder is outstanding! I loved it!! I'm so glad I found her at Bright Ideas. Highly recommended!!
