My sister, my friend, and I all came in for piercings here. Dilan was so sweet and kind and made all of us feel very comfortable! He really cares about every customer he comes across and is absolutely amazing at what he does!

I was in town for a month, and I came to Dilan to pierce my nose, re-pierce my third lobe hole, and change out my cartilage piercing. I would say this is the best piercing experience I've ever had. He did everything quickly, and it was all virtually painless. It was also VERY affordable, which was great. I was seen right away both times I went in. Dilan is also super sweet and (for other Twenty One Pilots fans) sounds exactly like Tyler Joseph. If you want the easiest and most affordable piercing experience in the Phoenix area, go to Bright Ideas!

Originally went in to talk with Ron but he wasnt available until later. A lady had just had a tattoo done and as she stopped to get her child i saw it and it was beautiful. So i ask about it and she told me Amber had did it. So, i talked with Amber and the flowing Monday, Labor Day weekend. I went i and she did and awsome free hand tattoo on my right forearm. I love it. My husband and i have already made appointments to get another done. Youre awesome Amber! Thank you.

Took my 8 year old in today for her first ear piercing and am so happy I went with Dilan at Bright Ideas. The shop was clean and he was quick, friendly, and professional. My daughter loved the experience and she said she wasn't nervous at all because Dilan explained everything. Highly recommend!

Stopped by on Friday April 30th and had the worst service ever. I have been there before with Dylan and he was awesome, he was so kind and patient with me which is why I recommended it to my friend. I went in with my friend because she wanted a nose piercing. Chaz was the one who did her piercing and oh my goodness, the rudest person ever. Right when we walked in the first thing she said was “what are you here for” not even a hello or anything, her attitude was bad. She didn’t even let my friend choose her piercing she just asked “gold or silver” and then was super rough when cleaning the area on her nose to put the piercing. My friend asked her what side does she recommend she gets the piercing and she gave her attitude and told her “nope sit down, you have to choose” in such a mean and demanding voice. She didn’t even bother making sure my friend was satisfied with the placement of the piercing, my friend was too scared to even tell her she wanted the dot moved because of the unprofessional behavior Chaz was giving. Never going there again or recommending it to anyone, I really thought this was the place but that was only because of Dylan.

Great place for piercings and tattoos! I went to Ron for my tattoo, and Dilan for ear piercings! In both situations, they were friendly, patient, and despite the nerves 🙈 they walked me through the process as they completed the work! I recommend this place hands down, professional, & quality work!

I got my first tattoo there in September. I was nervous about it and who would do it. But, they all are super chill and layed back. They do a great job with the planning of the tattoo. And of course the art itself. Highly recommend if you are looking to get a tattoo or piercing done. I got my nose pierced there a few years back and it was a good experience too!

I called and left a message for someone to call me back. Got a call back within 30 minutes from Dilan.. Dilan was very nice and told me to come on in. Got there and he explained how everything would happen.. Before I knew it everything was over within a matter of minutes... Very nice atmosphere.. My neice will be going to get hers Saturday... Would recommend anyone to go to Bright Ideas Tattoo and Piercing...
