Tried to get an industrial piercing and they completely messed it up. Once my ear healed, I tried making them redo it free of charge since it was their fault in the first place, and they just ignored me. I would call to try and set up an appointment everyday for two weeks and they always told me to just call back. Even when I showed up to their location, they said I needed an appointment. Horrible service

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
After SEVERAL calls and texts confirming not only that a piercer would be in, but confirming the apt date and time... The piercer never showed. Guy at the desk kept making excuses and stories never matched up. Went back 3 times same day cause they kept giving us the runaround.

Extremely unprofessional to a client who's scared. They offered no support just straight up rude. Would give negative stars if I could. The lady tried to redeem that shops poor attitude I got from Brian. I appreciate it but nope. Won't recommend to anyone ever
