well it wasn't a horrible experience but it was still pretty bad, first of all he didn't clean my nose and didn't even use a septum ring he bent open a ring which was waaaay too big and he pierced it completely wrong, it was on my nostril and hung super low, I ended up taking it out and they said they would redo it for free but they said on the phone to make a appointment and I did and they never went through with it
