Called in early Dec to order a zip up hoodie that I had seen somebody wearing. Was told they were out of stock but they would be reordering very soon so I paid my money and waited. Finally in February I received a pullover hoodie, definitely not what I had asked for. I contacted them to return the item and was told I would be responsible for not only shipping the product back but also the original shipping of the incorrect product which means I am out almost $30 for something I don't have. Not cool Burly Fish

Super awesome atmosphere immediately once you walk in. Knowledgeable and precise staff. Very cleanly and trustworthy tools/jewelry. Christopher pierced my tongue and walked through each step throughout the process. I have had over 20 piercings and this was by far the fastest. I had an appointment and was out within 15 minutes of being there.
