Yeah...... uh super unfairly priced. the ball end of my nipple piercing broke off, so I went to get it fixed, and they wouldn't fix it for me because I "just needed to super glue it back on". I then asked if I could just get a new one to replace it, yet they were going to make me pay for one -- when THEIR jewelry broke. completely unfair.

I went in today to ask if it was possible to re-pierce my belly button. The lady with green/blue hair said that Kelli was with a customer and would be with me shortly. The lady behind the counter left, Kelli came out and took another customer back without even knowing that I was there to see her. The other woman behind the counter was oblivious. I walked out, won't be back and wont refer anyone.
