dan has done three of my ten piercings. i literally love him. he’s always funny, friendly, and does the best piercings. the only piercer i will go to and he is definitely the best piercer in town!

I’ve been tattooed and pierced by a handful of people in a handful of shops, but this is by far my favorite place to return to! I cannot recommend Woody’s Old School enough! There is so much to look at in the shop; art, jewelry and nick-knacks collected by the artists. My girlfriend and I consistently employee these talented people to stab and poke us in the name of body art! Brandon treats us like old friends, always makes time for us on the schedule, is an incredibly talented drawer. Rest assured your stencil will be excellent! Blu’s tattoos are masterpieces, he has a quick, light hand and will make you feel like you’re in good hands. He makes works of art in black and white, full color, or whatever your personal style is. Dan Duke is the shops top tier piercer; he is efficient, methodical and hilarious! He will even make himself available to change a piercing out to a jewelry you prefer once a piercing has healed or fix a keloid. Thank you Woody’s! Stay rad!

If I could rate it a million stars I would! I got my nose pierced by Dan and the process was so easy!! I was in and out in like 5 minutes and the experience was amazing!!!! Highly recommend this place if you’re going to get pierced :)

Do NOT get piercings here.
Dan did a double lobe piercing on me. He placed the piercing in the completely wrong spot. I went to another shop and they told me to immediately take out my piercing as it would never heal being placed in that area. Dan lied about the metal used in the jewelry as he said it was titanium, but most of the jewelry he uses can be found at Spencer's with very low quality metals. He pierced my ear using a stud, and within a week the backing fell out. After taking out the piercing I found out that the screw backing was the completely wrong size for the stud used.
Burly Fish has stated that they recieve about 1-2 people week coming in with complaints and messed up piercings from Dan. Dan is not APP certified and will pierce you to take your money regardless of the consequences you will experience.
