If you want an artist genuinely interested in art and furthering his experience not only as a tattoo artist but as an artist period go to James. His passion and care for good quality work show through daily in every one of his pieces of art. He cares for his clients and cares to do his best work every time. Without a doubt I would recommend him for anyone looking to get work done. I have had work done from him in the past and love every aspect of it. He can do great clean lines and shades extremely well. Put your ideas past him he won't disappoint.

My experience at Dark Horse Tattoo is always amazing! Matthew is my artist and his work is the best I have seen. Worth the money! They are friendly and very welcoming. I recommend this shop. Big shout out to Xavier! I randomly selected this shop to check it out and talk about a tattoo and look at portfolios from all the artists. They all were impressive but i decided to go with Xavier. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and helpful. I made my appointment and just got done. I absolutely love my new tattoo and i enjoyed the process. He was nice, friendly, and cool to talk to. Very informative as well on proper care for the healing process. I left the shop SUPER stoked. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone. The shop is very clean, actually super cute decor not that that's important lol. But all the portfolios were very good. Thank you so much for my new awesome tattoo!!!

Sailor Jesse was absolutely amazing! I gave him a few items that I wanted to include in the tattoo. He drew a beautiful piece. His attention to detail, steady hand, and patience was incredible. I will most definitely be recommending him to all ours, and return for all other tattoos!!

He is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. James is able to take an idea and make it even better than you ever thought possible. His work speaks for itself! Had a fantastic experience with Xavier. This was my first tattoo so he took me through the whole process, helping me decide on the font and sizing and all that. Very professional, easy to talk to, and fair in his pricing. I'll be going back to him for my future tattoo's, for sure!
