Over the course of a year, James worked tirelessly on my first half sleeve that he designed using elements that I wanted. His strive for perfection is obvious once you meet him and when you see the work he's already accomplished, you know you'll leave thrilled with your new piece of art. I'm constantly complimented on my half sleeve and I love every detail of it. This is the place you want to go if you want high quality work. There's no skimping on skill in this shop!! A+++++++

By far, the most professional, clean, and well organized shop I have ever set foot in! To top it off, James the owner is a true artist. His vision, work ethic, and the way he mentors his staff sets him apart from many business owners I have had the pleasure of knowing. James completed a custom half sleeve on my left arm. He never took short-cuts and spent 30+ hours on my masterpiece. I will forever be proud to wear this work of art and look forward to my next project with him!

I came with my pics and money on Saturday. I was told to contact an artist who is booked until March even though I am looking for Thursday. I would like to be directed to the artist who actually come to the shop and work. I loved each artist book of work so either 1 is fine I just want my tattoo close to home instead of going to the westside.

Dark Horse Tattoo is awesome! The shop is clean and the staff is friendly. The artist Sam is hands down the best artist I've had work on me. He just completed a piece that was started by an artist at a shop in GA. He's truly a master at realistic, black and white tattoos. I'd highly recommend Dark Horse Tattoo.

I went to Dark Horse out of the blue. I didn’t know anything about it or any of the artists there, but it turned out to be the best decision I made. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the office and started looking through the portfolio’s of the different artists. I came across Xavier Price’s book and knew this is the style I wanted. Xavier Price treated me so well and was very professional! I only told him the idea I had and he made it come to life. I truly appreciate his work and will be coming back for more!
