My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary, and her 1 request for our anniversary was to get tattoos on our ring fingers of each other's initials. We didn't have any luck finding an artist to do them as we went to two different shops who were not very helpful. I mentioned to my wife where I got my tattoos 15 years ago, which was Westside Tattoo, and we should check them out. We got to the shop about 3 minutes before they were about to close, and I mentioned that my wife and I wanted to get tattoos to mark our 25th anniversary. Without hesitation, the shop owner Gilbert, who had done my tattoos years back, told me that he'd take care of us. I felt bad because they were about to close, but he insisted that he'd take care of us and not to worry. He immediately took us to the back of the shop, and started chatting with us. The whole time upbeat and not at all annoyed that we came in the shop when it was about to close. He was also playing love songs for us, and was happy to hear we'd been married that long. We were in and out of the shop within a half hour, and it really made our night as this was my wife's one request that was fulfilled. It also made me very happy to see my wife this happy because she was pretty bummed out prior to going to the shop. We really had a great experience, and really appreciate Gilbert taking care of us. His shop hasn't changed as I had the same experience 15 years ago. He was just taking care of his customers and wanted us to have a great experience. However, to us it was much more than that as he was able to help us celebrate a pivotal milestone in our life journey together. We will be forever grateful, and will forever have our business for any future tattoos. Thanks so much Gilbert, you really made a difference for us with the simple gesture of staying open a little later without showing any sign of annoyance, and it was an experience we'll forever remember.

Gilbert was the sweetest ever! He swapped out my piercings no problem no discomfort, had a fun convo , and even went the extra mile and walked me and my best friend out to the car with an umbrella cuz it was pouring rain. Very professional and clean! Yes This place is awesome, very family like and smelled good, super sweet employees
