I had an extremely good experience with Jess and I love my tattoo so much. She always is quick to respond to emails, is very flexible, and was willing to work with me and what I wanted for the design. I would gladly work with her again and again!

I received two absolutely amazing tattoos from Jess Helfox. I am so incredibly happy with the turnout, and how they look. Jess was super caring and empathetic, she knows how painful tattoos can be. I don’t have the greatest pain tolerance, and she made great efforts to make me feel comfortable and to limit my pain as much as possible. The environment was super fun and professional. Jess’s work is so well done, and I recommend her to anybody looking for anime tattoos. She did two beautiful anime tattoos on my arms, and they exceeded my expectations.

I have gotten tattooed by both Jess and Libby and they are both professionals and amazing tattoers! All times I have gone to them they have been nothing but kind, understanding, CLEAN, and made the overall experience very pleasant for someone with very few parts of their body covered with ink! I’m dying to go back whenever I can to get more work!!!

Tattoo shops can be intimidating but not this one. I’ve only been tattoo’d by Jess [so far] and it was the best tattoo session i’ve ever had. She’s incredibly talented and easy to talk to. She definitely cares if you’re happy with your piece and she’ll make sure of it. The atmosphere is awesome i love being there

Got my tattoo done by Jess. Super professional and makes the process fun. Her work is well done and she is super accommodating with touch ups as well! She also makes cool stickers! Would definitely recommend! Color is on point

I've had multiple tattoos from Jess and Eric. They're always professional and a delight. As being a person of color I was worried about getting color work. But they have always been very receptive of my concerns and talked about my options. As a result everything has been amazing. Beyond happy with every experience I've had with them. Can't recommend enough. 11/10

Libby has always treated me so kindly! I’ve been with her for over a year now and she always tries her very best to give my the sweetest most precious ink babies and an amazing experience! She’s always been very sweet in and out of the shop! I know if I ever have an issue I can talk to her freely and she will try her hardest to make sure everything comes out perfectly :3 I have so so much love for Libby and her work! Also I love the non-stop compliments I get on my tattoos when I go out 🥰 1000/10 would reccomenr booking with her if you are looking for a rad anime/kawaii tattoo in Phoenix 💖 p.s she even tattooed my mom like how freaking cool is that 😍

Jess does amazing work and is an all-around wonderful person! This shop is women-owned, cozy, clean, and professional.
