Libby and everyone at Neon Scorpion are so nice. Libby was so kind my entire tattoo session making sure that I was okay. Her rates are very fair for the quality of work she is doing and I hope I can schedule with her again!

Libby tattooed my EVA tattoo. Not only did she design exactly what I wanted. She was extremely polite and clean. Everything I’ve ever wanted from a tattoo artist. I honestly felt so welcomed and comfortable. Seriously, such a rad artist. We watched Sailor Moon, and listened to Studio Ghibli music during the tattoo. I couldn’t recommend her more if you’re looking for an anime themed tattoo. Bird up✨🌙🌸✨

This shop goes above and beyond. I met with Ursula to plan out some work. She was kind, professional, and courteous. She responded to my emails quickly and has been extremely helpful with layout and planning of my work (even after I changed my mind a few times). I cannot am say enough about how fantastic this entire team is!

Jess is amazing. Her work is top tier. I get stopped all the time due to my tattoo. I will not be going anywhere else in the future. I love Jess!

I had the pleasure of getting a cover up tattoo by Ursula! She was super nice and made my side/ribs area tattoo seem not all that bad hehe. You can’t even see my “aries” writing in my coverup. I’m very satisfied with the end result and hopefully (when I get the courage to get another tattoo) I can go to Ursula again! The space itself is so cute and nicely decorated, also has lots of parking.

My first ever tattoo looks as great as it did when I got it. Two friends of mine have such detailed, excellently well done tattoos by Jess, too. I have ideas for more and will not have anyone else do them.

Amazing artists at this shop. They are worth the wait, so don’t be put off that their next appointment may be 6 months away. There is a reason for this so put your deposit down now, i promise you’re gonna have a great time here and leave with something amazing.

Jess is amazing!!!! I had a tattoo done (not originally by Jess) that I liked at first but after a while, it just wasn't what I had hoped for and wanted to change or cover it up. I looked around for a bit and was so happy to find Jess. She was so easy to work with....she took all the info I gave her and made an amazing piece for me. I ended up getting a sleeve on my calf that runs down to my foot. This tattoo did take some time to complete as it was so large.....but sitting with Jess was super chill, she is way easy to talk to and is just an all around awesome lady!!! I can't wait to have more work done by her. There is also 3 other artists at Neon Scorpian, they are all so talented!! Below is a before and after...cover up has been completed for a couple months and just has a few touch ups to be done. To everyone waiting....do not go else where if you want a quality tattoo and a fantastic artist! JESS is so worth the wait!!!!

Fantastic small tattoo parlor!!! Owner is very nice and friendly and it is very comfortable inside! All artist here are so experienced and have great unique styles! You will not regret going here!
