Took my boyfriend for his first peircing because I had a great experience a year ago here getting my conch peirced. Kat was extremely thorough and gentle explaining step by step to my nervous partner and made the experience super easy for him. I also got a body peircing and she made me feel very very comfortable and accommodated to to my needs. I always reccomend this place to people who truly care about their peircings, jewelry, and experience. Their tattoo artists portfolios are awesome to look through too!

Staff at this location is very confrontational. The piercer on 12/21 at 1:40pm made it clear he didn't want to pierce and was feeling lazy. He didn't even try to accommodate for switching from a stud to hoop and the hoop I brought in he took quick look at it and said "oh it won't fit". I was told by staff at this same location that 3 months in I could switch to a hoop. With the store manager there she didn't do anything as well except smile and look pretty. Asked for owner contact and was denied any "higher ups information" and was offered some headquarters email. Policy changes every time and now it's 5-6 months for switching out a piercing because "he didn't feel comfortable" and said "I have been doing this for 21 years". Plaid is his name and make sure he doesn't get anywhere near you with extremely bad breath and lackadaisical work ethic. I have spent thousands of dollars at club tattoo and they don't even care about you. Please do not waste your time and go to this location. It was honestly a joke walking in there lasted 5 mins of interaction of just being denied.

Joey Navarro did an amazing job!! Love love love his work. He did matching tattoos for my wife and I. Her first..he was so attentive and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely return to Joey when we visit and want more ink!! Thanks ☺️

Kathryn was very friendly and knowledgeable! She helped me pick out new jewelry as well as gave me a new piercing. The girl at the front desk was also so helpful. Such a fun experience and I can't wait to go back!!

Sarah was a gem. Jordan was wonderful to work with. Jordan was there from start to finish, I was assisted on what jewelry would compliment the rest of my piercings, and helped me decide the order of which piercing to get would be best. Not only was the humor greatly appreciated, but the precision and care that went into my piercings was fantastic. Super grateful for my experience!

I had Zack as my piercer and he was AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, sweet, thoughtful and quick! I had my nose repierced and was expecting the typical healing and soreness, but it’s been three days now and my nose is healing super fast, very little soreness and zero redness! The whole staff and experience was great!

HAVE ALEXIS DO YOUR TATTOOS! I can’t express enough how stellar she is. She perfectly placed my tattoo on my arm to match my anatomy and design- her line work is *chefs kiss* CLEAN (she’ll double/triple check to make sure everything looks perfect), she’s a calm/professional/pleasant individual, and she loves being creative. Everyone on the team was awesome to talk to and I knew I’d be taken care of in a professional manner. I will absolutely be coming back for future work! Hats off to Alexis and the team!

Came in this morning to get my nipples and dermals done and staff was very nice and welcoming. Nic who did my friend and I piercings was the absolute best. Very professional and very clean. I’ve been getting pierced since I was 15 and he was the quickest piercer I’ve ever had. Piercings are so symmetrical and he was very reassuring the whole time. I will definitely be coming back here from now on!
