I got my first tattoo ever here with Joey Navarro. I have to say his attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. He really took the time to make sure the tattoo would like spectacular. I wish I lived closer so that I could get more done by him.

The front desk start were also super cool and helpful. I highly recommend both Club Tattoo and Joey.

Last Saturday marked my first tattoo. I was pretty anxious about it. However, Not only were the girls at the front desk totally sweet and kind, but my tattoo artist Kyle was magnificent. He was so patient, caring, and wanted to help me make my first tattoo perfect. He continuously reassured me that everything would be fine and made me feel so comfortable. Needless to say, my tattoo turned out absolutely beautiful and better than I ever could have imagined. I will 100% be returning and seeing Kyle for all of my future tattoos!

I went in yesterday to get my lobes pierced and a new nose ring. I got my nose pierced here about a year ago and needed a new hoop. I scheduled time online and Jordan was my piercer. He was SO helpful. I was kind of out of the loop with piercings and what to do for my double lobe piercing and he walked me through the whole process and suggested great earrings for me that would fit what I was looking for. He was as funny as he was helpful (which was VERY) and my friend who came in to buy a nose ring ended up getting 3 piercings done that day with him because she enjoyed him so much. I'd definitely recommend Jordan for any piercing services at Club Tattoo!

I have been going to Club Tattoo Scottsdale for years and have always received awesome service. Yesterday, I Met Mikey for the first time and told him about a really important, meaningful tattoo and where I wanted to get it. He explained to me that the placement I wanted wasnt going to result in a long lasting tattoo and wouldn’t be ideal. He then helped me figure out a better spot for it that would also increase the meaning for me. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t sure about the details so I left it up to him. He quickly figured out my style and the perfect design for me and what I wanted. He was also a very lovely and genuine person that made the experience of getting an emotional tattoo a really important encounter. I can’t speak highly enough about Mikey and his service. If you see this, I really appreciate you.

I want to take a min and Thank Kyle Handley at club tattoo scottsdale for some amazing work he did for me this week. He was an absolute great guy and Great tattoo artist . I was out in Arizona last week for work and was very fortunate to get in for an appointment with him ,I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking to have a beautiful and professional tattoo done in Scottsdale… I will be back someday for more work.

I went in to get my nose piercing changed into a hoop. I was extremely nervous, but Kathryn made me feel so comfortable and it was done within 20 seconds. She even let me know if the jewelry becomes too snug to come back in and they’ll grab me a better size. I’ll definitely be going back, and I highly recommend this place!

I scheduled my appointment and met with Kathryn Murray. She answered all my questions, gave me her professional opinion on those concerns and put me at ease. I'm in love with my new looks. Highly, highly recommend her and Club Tattoo

I’m not exactly sure what to say other than I had a strange experience today when I visited Club Tattoo for my consultation. I was greeted right away by the front desk folks which was nice and actually I had been running late and they still squeezed me in which I appreciated tremendously.
I was super excited for my consultation that I had booked earlier in the week for my first tattoo - I had been recommended one of the artists and I had been communicating with her on IG prior to the appointment.
The artist acted like she was surprised I was there, didn’t greet me, didn’t ask me any questions, didn’t have anything prepared or even any ideas at all, there wasn’t a quiet spot to discuss what I was looking for - I think the artist spent maybe 3 minutes with me at most? Maybe 5 if I’m being generous. It was so strange and completely not what I was expecting. I was kind of flustered and decided I guess I will just book something because honestly it was such a disconcerting experience I didn’t know what to do. I paid the deposit but at no time was it ever mentioned that if I changed my mind at all, the deposit was 100% non-refundable for any reason. I left still feeling strange and after about 15 minutes decided the vibes were just too off and I wanted to explore other options - I called in and the front desk let me know there was no opportunity to cancel or get any refund on my deposit even though I only booked it 15 minutes earlier. I will also add that although the place is definitely clean and nice with easy parking, it’s also incredibly loud and the tattoo area is very small and cramped.
I guess I’m out $140 for this experience, lesson learned. Maybe it was just an off day? But I’m any case, I will be working with a different tattoo shop to get my tattoo. I just can’t imagine feeling comfortable going back to Club Tattoo.

*Edit: I bumped my review from 1 to 5 stars because I received a call from the manager right away this morning to talk about my experience and make it right and to ensure I was taken care of.

I got my third ear lobe piercing by Kathryn done. I was super nervous and she made the experience so worth it! If you’re in for a piercing- I highly recommend seeing Kathryn at Club Tattoo!
