Seriously the best tattoo I’ve got. I needed a coverup and even though we are only about a third of the way done I looks amazing! Keegan is so detailed in every piece he does. I went from a colorful koi to a black and grey raven and you can’t even tell I had the koi! His work is truly amazing. I have found my permanent tattoo artist.
