This was my first big tattoo and boy did Matty go ABOVE and BEYOND while he did my tattoo. He gave me water and some gum to ease the anxiety and nausea when it kicked in, was easy to chat with, answer any questions I had, shop itself was not by any means expensive, and overall I would rate my experience 10/10

For my first tattoo EVER, they took very good care of me. I was visiting town and decided to do a walk in, they are very flexible and super kind and greeted me with a warm welcoming. Alexandra did my tattoo and was amazing at keeping me distracted while she tattooed me. We had a nice conversation and I really enjoyed being there. I would most definitely come back to them again if I ever come back to town. Amazing!

She tried to make me pay over half the amount of a tattoo that I wanted 4 months out. When I had called prior they had told me that they except walk-ins and I was free to come in. I inquired about a palm size tattoo and came in with my design and everything, yes she said that she was booked out. Waste of gas in time. I was actually able to go to another tattoo shop in town who not only took me as a walk-in but they were very professional and it was less out of pocket.

We love Andrew for all our piercing needs. He has pierced our daughters ears since she turned 10 and added a few new ones over the years. He also peireced my nose and did a great job. All our piercings have healed quickly and with no problems.

Although they are GREAT tattoo artists and they have fun events that happen now and then, I believe they could use better customer service.
I had to stand in the way and awkwardly ask for assistance for someone to help me. And they still just looked at me like " bro what are you looking at"
