New to the area and was sent here by a friend. The piece I was getting was a simple memorial piece and Joey was awesome. He helped me with the redesign and, even though it was a very simple design, he was very kind and respectful to me and the memory of the friend I am honoring. I'm so happy with my tattoo and I would definitely recommend Joey to others. The whole shop seems to be staffed with pretty decent folks :)

I got my wife’s name in script on my chest by Josh Parise and couldn’t be happier with the work. It’s not my first piece done by him, but it was my first time in the shop. The shop itself is clean, professional, and inviting to all customers. As for Josh, he’s the only artist I’ve been to and I’ll continue to be a loyal customer due to his high attention to detail. Clean, Got my first tattoo from Rachel last summer, and a a new one last week from Jessica. The ladies here couldn't be cooler. As soon as you walk in, there is beautiful art. The walls are beautiful and lined with flash old and new. Kinda nice while you are getting tattooed. Everyone has their own personal touch to each one of their artwork. :) :) :)

I called the day before and asked for availability, someone told me they had time at 4:30 the next day and to be there, I get there and NOT ONE PERSON could tell me who I spoke to. I even verified the number with them and it was the right place. They told me to come back a few hours later and I would be taken care of. It was an important tattoo and I needed it done that day so I went elsewhere. If you’re going to run a shop, please make sure that everyone is on the same page. I HATE leaving bad reviews but this was literally the worst and then being stared at or feeling like somehow it was on me was not okay. While I did appreciate the offer to be taken care of a few hours later, being a mom of 4, if I set something, I need it to be in that timeframe.

Rachel gave me my very first tattoo when I was in Phoenix in the summer (I’m from Wales). She was lovely and calm which helped with my nerves and accommodated me and my friends as a bunch of us got our first tattoos. Would love another tattoo from her again when I’m next in AZ.
