Brandon was amazing! We came in with a design idea and he made sure to personalize it and make it unique. He was very professional and kind! I only wish we weren’t here visiting from Chicago because his work is amazing and I’d love to have more work done by him. :)

I got a last minute appointment on a Friday at 5:15. The painted lady was clean and everybody was super friendly. Kyle did my tattoo. He drew up a very nice drawing of what I wanted. And got it done. I'm so pleased. I'm going to be using the painted lady and hopefully Kyle again in the future.

Really enjoyed The Painted Lady. They did a paw with ASL sign of “I love you” and an infinity sign to connect at all in the memory of my cat Njorda. Justin was my artist and super nice and very accommodating because I had the tattoo on my amputated leg. When the paw faded after three weeks they did a free touch up.

Zero stars for these people. I’m 38yo and never got tattoos in my life but I knew I wanted one that specific day and have had a collection of ideas for years. I wanted a simple consultation and just to ask a few questions but I was treated like a joke. The chick at the front desk was like let me get dude in the back. It took a while so I knew something was up. He walked down the hallway (He has random prison tattoos all over and an inverted cross on one eye lid) looking so bothered and irritated so I knew instantly I was just going to pick his brain and leave. I really wanted to be rude back but I decided not to. So instead I went to two other parlors until I found the right fit. I was treated amazingly in comparison. I spent $350 and I’m so happy I never spent a dime with the rude people at painted lady. And with all the work I have planned over time I’m probably looking to spend around 5 grand so y’all missed out with all your attitude and disrespect.
