My husband called on the phone to see if they had any available appointments the lady he was talking to was very rude. Had no available appointments and that she would see if the tattoo artist even wanted to do the tattoo we wanted. Basically treated us like a joke. Very unprofessional. They might have good work but you should never treat your customers like that. 1/10 would NOT recommend. Be nice. Looks like I’m not the only one with this problem.

She submitted pics she liked to Hugh, he put his own artistic spin on her concept, and she was beyond thrilled with the result.
