Mark was so very helpful during the entire process and made sure I was in love with everything before starting. He was able to bring my idea to life and it is absolutely phenomenal.

I am somewhat of a people-pleaser, and avoid tattoo/piercing shops (except for the actual work, of course), because I feel like I'm a burden and in the way. There seems to be this separation of "I know what I'm doing and you do not." It makes me uncomfortable. Of course, because of this get-out-as-soon-as-possible attitude, one of my piercings had a significant issue. I reluctantly went here to get advice because of a recommendation. The man that I talked with answered all my questions and more. He didn't have the things I needed at the time, but recommended me to other places around town. He also gave me advice on what not to do to permanently damage the piercing. Had it not been for his help and time, I would've listened to the hurried advice of others. I'm so glad I went to Ink and Glass first. This is where I will be getting all my work done from here on out.

Jen did a little quote tattoo for me tonight. She was great, super nice, and I'm very happy with my tattoo! I'll post a picture after the bandage comes off. I highly recommend this place.

Great shop. Clean, comfortable. Awesome artists, very creative and thorough. I got my first tattoo ever at this place by Justin K. and couldn't be more pleased. I will return for more tattoos. Highly recommended.

Mark has tattooed me extensively and has been not only an amazing artist who I trust immensely but a total professional who isn't afraid to tell a customer when something isn't a good idea and why. That's something anyone can appreciate when pertaining to permanent additions to your body

This area is extremely competitive in terms of numerous Tattoo parlors all vying for custom. I have 20 tattoos worth over $4000, and I got every single on of them from Ice House Tattoo. The atmosphere is open and welcoming, it's not some dingy little hole in the wall with big biker dudes hanging out around it. It's a college town parlor, with local art on the wall. I would recc this place over any other in the area, for anything, ever.

this is my favorite tattoo shop ever! I've been to zodiac and brainstorm and ink and glass is by far the best overall. I have gone here for 3 tattoos now and i am in love with all of them.. all the artists are so kind, talented, professional, and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to make sure you love your tattoo. eric did all my tattoos and he is so talented, i recommend all of my friends to ink and glass and specifically eric. i can't wait to do more work with eric and possibly the other artists. love this place!

Tattoo artist didn't speak to me for 6 hours while tattooing, then when his price was different from our written agreement and I nicely asked why he told me I was his worst client ever and to find someone else to finish the piece he told me would be able to be finished ina day. Now I have half a tattoo with some shading and it isn't even close to how I asked for it. I've had several pieces done from this artist and respected his work but after this experience not sure if it was just a bad day or what I will never return here. Sadly I will have to find another artist willing to finish someone else's work, easier said than done

The artist (Bryan) no showed our appointment that was set out 2 weeks. When I called later to ask what happened the owner (Mark) screamed at me bout how I'm entitled. This place is garbage.
