Let me tell you, how amazing the people who work here are. I recently got a cover up on a tattoo that went with a life change and when I tell you Aeryn and Angelica took care of me. Aeryn coverup and creative mind is great and Angelica held my hand Thur it. Plus, Aeryn gave my son his first tattoo. Great shop, great people!

I've only got piercings from there however the lady who does them is nice and waited for me on one occasion. Can't speak for the tattoos. Seems clean enough. Jewelry is okay not top quality but most people change it anyway so didn't matter to me. It's at least internally threaded so that's a plus! I'd recommend them and I will go back.

Was very professional and, was a very clean place. Had industrial piercing, took the time to make sure I knew how to take care of my piercing. Love all the staff!

I went in to the Zero Street location to get my nose ring replaced. I was not given the option to choose the nose ring and the piercer did not sterilize the nose ring; she just put it in a cup of alcohol. She was very rough and not friendly. The jewelry was too short causing it to imbed not only on the outside of my nostril, but also the coil and shaft imbedded on the inside after only a week. Do not recommend getting your piercings here.
