We made an appointment for 6pm with Kevin got there and after telling another tattoo artist that we had an appointment with Kevin and he went and told him we never seen Kevin or heard from him but my brother was getting a tattoo done at the same time and told us he seen Kevin. After it hit 7pm we asked the other artist if he had told him and he said yes i did. We ended up leaving at 7:30. Very unprofessional and could have came and spoke with us and at least said hey im busy and rescheduled us or anything. Very aggravating to drive 1 & 1/2 hours to not even get spoken to and leave without getting the tattoos.

Daughter received her first tattoo and it was done amazingly well. The tattooer was professional and put my daughter at ease. Would highly recommend.

Hands down best tattoo shop in town. Kevin, as well as the other two employees are super professional and friendly. It doesn't feel like a typical tattoo parlor when you walk in. It feels more like being at your friends house who's super clean and has really comfortable furniture. This is the one tattoo shop I wouldn't mind taking my kids to. If you are looking to get ink done in fort Smith, do yourself a favor and book a session with Ink therapy tattoo!!!
