We have 5 star reviews, a very clean shop, friendly staff and top 3 Best of the Best Fort Smith 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Our single hole piercings are always $40 a hole and that includes the Sterilized Titanium jewelry. Our Tattoo minimum is $80, and tattoos over $100 require a 20% deposit. Want a quote? I went and got 8 piercings and they both are great people! Kyle made me feel super comfortable and was super fun to talk to. The prices are great and I’ll definitely going back if I ever want any more piercings!

I LOVE this place. They are really nice and it’s clean in there. They make you feel comfortable and always there when you need them. I have gotten three piercing there. I 100% recommend going here for piercings and tattoos!!!!

Love this little shop!! I received a gift certificate for Studio 45, and went in not knowing exactly what to expect. The owners/artists Elizabeth and Kyle were so dang warm and welcoming though, and immediately put all my anxiety to ease. Kyle set me up with a beautiful nose piercing (which is healing wonderfully!), and Elizabeth was a hoot to chat with while we waited. Everything was clean and sanitary, the atmosphere was relaxed, and I really appreciated how well they explained the whole process. So so happy to have discovered this shop! 😍🙏

Oh gosh the list of amazing things I could say about this shop and the owners is endless. Kyle hooked me up with an awesome industrial piercing and Elizabeth tatted my best friend and I with the cutest matching tattoos ever!!! Definitely coming to see them again soon!!!
