I came in today for my first tattoo ( July, 21 2019) and let me tell you...Miguel was absolutely amazing and I was more than happy with my tat. The staff is super friendly and make you feel at home. Miguel is very talkative with his clients while performing tats, which I love. So shoutout to Empire and I will be a returning customer!

This place is the only tattoo parlor thatāll Iāll ever use. Itās extremely clean first of all. Everybody there does good work. Darion did my last 2 tattoos. One tattoo is of my dogās paw print that recently passed away and my other one is a treble clef and bass clef in the shape of a heart. Iļø definitely would recommend this place if you want to get some good quality ink for an affordable price. Anyone leaving bad reviews probably showed up 30 minutes before closing and expected to get 5 hours or so worth of work doneāwhich is nonsense.

Ok please come here if you're thinking of getting ink. This was my first tattoo ever and Miguel did such an awesome job. He sketched it out for me before- and is so talented!! It was better than I expected it to be. Price was reasonable as well. Staff was amazing, and they made me feel welcome- especially as a first timer!

Krystal is a phenomal piercer. Been wanting to bring back my Monroe for awhile and she did so good. Very pleased made sure we had all the information we needed about after care as well. Keep her Empire she's amazing.

So far both experiences I've had were very pleasant. The shop has a very laid back vibe and I straight forward process to get to the back. Miguel has done both of mine and both times left has if my image was printed on my skin. Mad props my dude.

Extremely professional when walking in. We're from. Out of town last second thought. Looked up several places and this one sounded the best. So, we came over. Super clean. Friendly place.. We'd return if every in town again.

I had a piercing that bothered me even after 3 years of being in. I've had other piercers try to correct it but it only made the problem worse. I took the ring out just to stop the pain, but ended up not being able to put the ring back in. I went to Dave and literally after a day the pain stopped. Literal miracle worker, but I'm sure the quality of the jewelry contributed. Very friendly atmosphere and great customer service. I will definitely continue to come here for all my piercings!

I came in with a friend to each get a tattoo done and called ahead and told them what I wanted and they said they would have time to do it. We get there pay for my friends tattoo and they begin setting up for it and tell me they won't have time to do mine even though they had just said they would. So I even tried to compromise and asked if I got it smaller if they'd have time and again they said no to come back tomorrow. So I was pissed about that but I caled back the next day to make sure they'd have time to do it, and again they said no but to call back on a later day and they'd try to do it. The customer service is ridiculous, and common sense should tell you if two people come in together to get tattoos you should let them know on advance if you can only do one of them. I'll never go back to this place. Oh and not to mention they quoted me one price then when it came time to write it down raised the price by almost $100.00. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the work. The guy who did my friends tattoo was nice enough and did a good job matching it to what she wanted. But I'd go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

I had my 18th birthday yesterday and decided to get piercings to celebrate. Krystal was amazing. I wasnāt sure what to expect and I did get extremely light-headed but she took very good care of me and made sure that I was alright before I left. Krystal, if you read this: YOU ROCK!
