Great people, amazing work and excellent prices. They know what they're doing and are very friendly. Very clean, sterile and educated. This is the only place I go to get my tattoos.

If you want to leave early on a Saturday night CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS PLEASE!!!! Don’t turn away paying customers 30 min before your sign says you close. If you stop taking clients at 9, your hours of operation should read CLOSE AT 9! We drove over an hour one way to come bc of the awesome reviews on google and still very disappointed

My piercings was done perfectly by Krystal and she was so sweet, patient, caring, and funny... like I seriously recommend that if anyone wants a piercing to go to Empire to see Krystal ❤️❤️

Even if the prices are high, they still do a great job and what its worth no matter how much it is. No one takes notice that the piercing is once price and the jewelry adds to it. Also reading their responses to 1 star reviews gave me a laugh lol. I would literally reply with the same thing.

My tattoo is missing ink in some spots. Sure she said I could come in for a touch up for free but I live out of town and I expect to have a simple tattoo like I got to have all the ink actually in my skin. She was really nice and the actual outline doesn't look bad at all, but she didn't go deep enough. Update it's literally looking like the ink is just scabing off and with some of the ink missing in spots it looks terrible.
