The best around! Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Everyone is very professional and does awesome work. My husband and I used James for a larger intricate piece that my husband designed and did wonderful work. We will/are using him for everything in the future.

Poor customer service.
I went in to get a piece in remembrance of my brother and the wording was spelt incorrectly and the shading was poorly done. I contacted the shop and they said come back in we will make it right. It was going to take a few sessions to correct the misspelling. I went in for two and was trying to schedule my finale session and the artist stopped responding to me. They would never reschedule my finale session. Leaving the tattoo unfinished. I ended up having to go to another shop and pay a second time to have it corrected. They have lost me, my family, and friends as costomers.
Under Estimated
By far the best tattoo shop in NW Arkansas! Along with outstanding customer experiences comes a place where customers are treated like family! I did my research before making my decision and I couldn’t be happier! Once you’ve gone there, you’ll never go anywhere else! They actually listen to your wishes, don’t overprice and make you feel welcome!

I got a sleeve done. I brought James a picture of what I wanted the tattoo to look like. The tattoo turned out better than I expected. The sleeve took five sessions over a few months. Adam and James are great to talk to and are good people. This is the only place I would go to get ink!! I had a great experience every time. Side note they do not to piercings.

100% recommend this place and James! The atmosphere is welcoming and chill. This was our first tattoo and we were nervous but they all made us feel comfortable and apart of the group! James is really cool and is great at what he does.

James did a great job on my tiger tattoo! I came in because of the good reviews and I understand now why they get them. James helped me figure out how I wanted it to look, quoted me before work was done and was super cool the whole time! I love the tattoo, the environment was real friendly and laid back, price was reasonable and I will definitely go back if I need new ink or a touch up!
