The environment was amazing, staff was super friendly. Walk-in friendly place, got helped immediately and the tattoo artist started sketching our ideas super quick, was being tattooed not even 1.5hrs later. I was tattooed by Sebastian and he made the experience amazing by being quick and communicative. Amazing shop, definitely recommend it!

Me & my coworker went to get our noses pierced 1-20-2023! I think the woman that helped us with this process was Maranda; she has bright blondish pink hair, and a very calm, inviting personality! She cleaned before & after & grabbed new utensils to prevent anything infectious, which I really appreciated! She was so calm, so it made me calm about getting my nose pierced. She was very friendly, very talkative, made it feel like not such a big deal. Compared to a tattoo, it isn’t, right? Very grateful for the customer service as well as the speediness.

Don’t waste your time or $ here. They do not treat the clients well. I went in asking for something totally different and smaller than this and was told he couldn’t do it any smaller. Why? I don’t know! I gave it plenty of time to heal and it looks terrible. People
Get small tattoos all the time. I had put down a deposit for a much larger tat for July which is 3 months away. Was told I could have my deposit back as long as did not cancel the month or week of my appointment. Well they would NOT give me my Deposit back and offered me credit toward another tattoo or piercing. Don’t need or want a piercing and I’m sure not getting another tattoo here! Horrible!

Makayla done two dermal piercings at the same time for me one under each eye and just done an amazing and professional job above and beyond. It's been weeks ago now and they have since both fully healed with absolutely zero issues and no rejections whatsoever. The shop and the people who worked there were on a level of professionalism like no other in the entire NWA area and I would highly recommend to any and everybody!! Tks so much Makayla
