Matt started a memorial piece for my nephew who passed away. He charged me 480.00 dollars for an outline, which he hasn't finished. He completely flaked on my appointment. He won't return my texts or calls. It is what it is. Don't pay this guy up-front because he will rip you off. And not finish work Thanks. But no thanks. Not a very good artist and even worse business person.
