I could not think of enough good stuff to write to cover how amazing my experience here was! I got my Daith pierced this afternoon, and was pretty nervous about it, almost to the point of considering not doing it. However the piercer walked me through the entire process, showed me how everything would look, and was so incredibly kind. She made the piercing itself as pain free as possible, and helped calm me down so much! I think I was only at the shop for about twenty minutes, and from start to finish it took less than a full minute to get it pierced and put my jewelry in and I really felt no pain. My daith is so cute, and it’s placed perfectly. The shop is adorable and extremely clean, and the people are obviously experienced and know what they’re doing. Recommend this shop 100%.

I took my daughter here for her first ear piercing She picked some titanium earrings with top grade, semi precious gem quality stones. Beautiful. Clean, professional, positive experience. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Joey at Utopia Tattoo for my arm sleeve and each and every step he does is simply amazing work. He actually draws the tattoo by his own imagination on my arm and tattoos. The colors and design he's chosen all the way through have been incredible!!! Hes very professional and very reasonable in my opinion. Some days I have been in and he's a little short staffed as in by himself and had people pouring in for quotes and piercings he would politely tell me sorry and ask if I mind he answered there questions.He would answer there questions to the fullest. He truly cares about his work and takes a lot of pride in it and wants his customers to be just as pleased:) Im so thankful I finally found an awesome shop!! Thanks Joey for what I think is the raddest tattoo ever!!!!!

This Shop is awesome! I am a long time PTSD sufferer and Tattoos have always been my therapy until one day they became a trigger. Doc (Shane) the owner of this shop was amazing. he really knew just how to listen to my special needs. he treated me with respect and understanding as he walked me though very patiently of every step of getting back on the horse. I highly recommend anyone with past Trauma or anxiety looking to get work done to speak to Shane.

Most horrible customer service I've ever experienced. The wait was 3 1/2 hours as they did not accept appointments that day, only walk ins and then wait lists. When it was my turn they doubled the price on me right before piercing, (after already signing documentation upon an agreed price). I nicely asked why I was quoted incorrectly and simply mentioned that I wouldve looked into getting a sooner appointment time somewhere else if I had known the price that I was waiting 3 hours for was doubled. The piercer got very upset and hostile while making some extremley rude comments and then said that she now refuses to pierce me. I apologized for upsetting her and was met by more rude comments and her walking away. The place wasn't the cleanest and neither the chair or counter in the room were wiped in between clients that I saw. These were not my first ear or body piercings and I do know the minimum of cleanliness and customer service that should be provided. Neither the wait or the price were a problem here, it was the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that was displayed. This is an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant environment and I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone.

Joey provided a clean environment and piercing technique, and was knowledgeable about the different jewelry materials. Additionally, the piercing skills were executed with precision and expertise. (My daughter reported she was never in pain or experienced discomfort). The aftercare instructions were very clear. As a healthcare professional, I was highly impressed with Utopia Tattoo and Body Piercing.
