I got my ears pierced here and was quite impressed with how professional and friendly everyone was. The atmosphere is great, and they have a really wide selection of jewelry. The entire experience was just really nice 😄

First time getting anything; did 3 on one side today. Fantastic receptionists answered all my questions and concerns. The place is very clean and organized. My piercer was Marina, loveddd her! Kept me at ease and the whole process was a lot less painful than i had feared. Will definitely return for the other set!

Great customer service, excellent selection of jewelry, fair prices. Josh was great at helping me put in my new jewelry and the people up front are super friendly right when you walk in the door. I'll definitely be back here for all my jewelry and tattoos.

I experienced unpleasant interactions with employees at this tattoo piercing shop on two different occasions. The first time I went in seeing service to have piercing removed before surgery. Unfortunately at the time I only had $5 and my surgery was In 48 hours they refuse to change out my pricing. Ok cool, we all need to get paid. Yet, they were very stand offish their tone was basically, We dont cater to your kind. To make sure that was not me imaging things I returned to have my jewelry put back in, only to experience more, what felt like racism or snobbish or both behavior from employees. I will tell all people of color or low recourse not to visit this establishment.

Awesome place. Super clean. Marina did my ear piercing. She's very nice and helpful with the whole process. I would definitely go back again for piercings and/or tattoos.

Four stars only because I had TWO earrings fall out and be lost within a couple weeks of switching jewelry or a new piercing... That was frustrating given the fact that this isn't hardware I can remove myself and should never have been able to fall out. I feel like there needs to be something done or some policy change because this is expensive stuff!
With that said:
GREAT staff. Friendly at helpful at the front, either ringing you up or helping you decide on what hardware to invest in and what to pierce! Other than the issues noted above, I would still come back. Very professional here, very clean. You are made to feel welcome and comfortable. Tons of jewelry options to pierce with or purchase to upgrade your piercing game!!

Got a tattoo here. By far the friendliest, well managed tattoo place I have been to. Ask for Hayley, she is fantastic and does great custom work. Definitely coming back for more tattoos. They also do piercing here.

I got my septum pierced here by Lysa and it was such a nice experience! Everyone in the shop was so nice and Lysa helped me feel comfortable/less nervous and did a great quality job! Definitely gonna come here for all my piercings from now on :~)
