The only place I will go for piercings. Their staff are nice and walk you through every step of the process. The jewelry they carry is all good quality and a lot of pieces are one of a kind finds by local artists.

I got my piercing here on a Tuesday around 12 and it took a while to get to me but it was worth it! The girl piercing me was super nice and reassuring and she was very thorough with the aftercare. The place is super clean and they even gave me some stuff for aftercare. Will probably come here again if I get another piercing!

Very professional, great customer service and very friendly! Being in the medical field, I did a lot of research before before bringing my 15 year daughter in. They are the best in the San Francisco Bay Area, very clean, the best steril technique, extremely friendly and professional.
Explained everything to my daughter before they did anything and before you knew it he was done doing the piercing.
Extremely satisfied, would recommend to friends and family for piercings!!

i was so excited to come here until i arrived. they never discussed pricing with me until they brought me to checkout. came out to $250 for just a daith piercing and jewelery and custom bent barbell for my industrial that was already pierced and headed. also i booked specifically with marina and she didn’t end up piercing me. jamie ended up piercing my daith and ended up nicking the inside of my ear leaving me with two punctures instead of one and they still charged full price. will not be returning

Finally got a septum after wanting one for years. The guy who pierced me was super cool and honest about the fact that septum’s can be painful. I was also getting my ears done too but he suggested I get the septum out of the way. Good call. I’m not gonna sugar coat it for you, this piercing is uncomfortable but it healed super fast.
They also have great jewelry, some of which is designed by the staff (Tether).
Super patient and knowledgeable staff. Not 5 stars because it can get super busy. Also, let’s be honest... No place is really a 5 star.
However, if your getting a piercing and you wanna be taken care of and you don’t want your face to rot off instead of healing, Industrial is the place for you.

I had a very good experience getting my first tattoo here! Especially with James who did a rock on solid tattoo. I did a walk in waited around 30mins and straight into the chair. He made it very easy and smooth. I told him what kind of design i wanted and sketched me right on the spot. It turned out beautiful. Thanks so much to the staff! Definitely will come back for my next one..

Very knowledgeable staff. They helped me pick out appropriate jewelry for my piercings and were upfront about the pricing. Josh did my piercings (2 on each earlobe, 1 daith) and took the time to make sure everything was positioned well. Also had clear instructions for aftercare.

I got a septum piercing here, I was so nervous but the woman at the front desk (I don’t remember her name 😥) was so kind and made me feel so much less scared. Then my piercer Marina was so amazing, not only was she talented and I felt almost no pain but she made me feel very comfortable which I greatly appreciated. I am recommending this place to all my friends

Honestly could not ask for a better experience!
I walked in a piercing virgin and everyone was so nice and calmed me. I got my nose pierced by Marina, she is amazing! She talked me through the whole thing and made me feel more excited than nervous. No pain and her placement skills are amazing. This is the only place I’ll go to get pierced ever again, very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
