Red Room Adorned

I loved my experience here. Everyone was very knowledgeable and educated on everything. People were very friendly and willing to have conversations and hear your concerns and provide perspective/advice but not push it on their clients. Everything was very clean and properly sanitized. Amazing communication and just overall wonderful people. I loved the atmosphere here and will 1000 percent be returning to get my screwed up piercings by someone else redone at red room. I came in for a piercing and they expressed concern about two previous newly pierced sites and how the angles and placement was not right and what their recommendation was. Ultimately I chose for them to remove them and down the line, once healed, to be pierced by them. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for all your help and time.

I followed Courtney from the shop she formerly pierced at and I am so freaking happy I did! Red Room Adorned is super cute and welcoming. Their jewelry selection is fabulous! They have something for every budget. I had a bad piece of jewelry in my nose piercing that was causing an angry reaction but I felt beyond confident in Courtney’s capable hands. She set me up with a proper stud and then pierced my daith. Great vibe, super sterile. I’d recommend to anyone looking to get pierced or looking for some quality jewelry.

the delightfully sassy receptionist (so sorry, i forgot your name, don't @ me) always cracks me up.

they're both super chill, funny, and make me feel welcomed and accepted.

plus they have a TON of amazing, high quality jewelry to pick from (at amazing prices too)! it's all surgical stainless steel (i think) and has never failed me thus far.

So unimpressed with this shop. I’ve placed multiple custom jewelry orders with them before that they never bothered to place, and had a pretty terrible experience there this morning. I came by to buy jewelry and have it swapped, so I picked out my jewelry and set an appointment for a half hour later, letting them know I was in a rush (to which the employee behind the counter replied “f**k work.”). When I arrived exactly a half hour later and the piercer was told I arrived, she acted like it was an inconvenience and I was bothering her by being there for my appointment. She then told me she wouldn’t see me for another half an hour “at least” because she needed to sanitize my jewelry (which takes 5 minutes- if you’re a professional and capable piercer). I asked why this wasn’t done in preparation for my appointment considering I had already picked out jewelry and they knew I was coming. Again, they responded with more rudeness, and I got up and left. I don’t want people who treat me that way around my face with sharp objects, nor do I have any interest giving them the hundreds of dollars I planned to spend. I left and walked a block over to Pure Gold Studios where I was welcomed and treated kindly and promptly by Cherie. Never going back to Red Room Adorned.

Picked out a Jasmine Opal for my nose (excellent help from the woman up front didnt get her name. ) Kourtney did a great job and ill be back to pick out some more pieces.!

Awesome shop! Very accommodating of walk-ins, jewelry selection was wide and the employees told me which one would work best for me. I got a lovely little nostril piercing :)
Courtney did my piercing and was very kind and patient with me and explained things well, as this was my first piercing besides ears.

Highly recommend, done fast and efficiently. Jewelry was a bit on the higher price but it is good quality and safe, totally worth it. Saline solution sold as well, not bad for $15! They’re awesome.

Rowan is the best. She takes time and care, and makes your piercing experience absolutely top shelf. From the moment you walk in the door, you're made to feel welcomed. Stellar professionalism! I will definitely be back! Quality service AND product! Thank you!

The ladies were so nice and friendly there. They fit me in even though they were very busy. The jewelry is expensive...I paid well over $300 for a helix stud (already pierced ear). No returns. Redroom is the only place I've bought body jewelry from in years. Great selection.

I came in around last year for a tattoo and they had me waiting for a very long time. Ended up getting one of the male tattooers, came in about two days later for another tattoo and no one approached me everyone that was just coming in and out saying nothing. Made me feel very uncomfortable to the point of leaving, don't recommend that artist he acts like a highschooler and does not stop talking. Props to the other tattoo artists there tho.

Great experience. You are going to pay a bit for the piercing and jewelry but they are upfront, informative and knowledgeable. Also great for walk-ins. Overall kind and great staff!
