I have gotten tattoos and piercings at Red Room over the last 10ish year of living in chico. They have skilled people here, and I have never had a bad experience. My last experience with Forrest was very personable and felt we could easily collaborate on my tattoo, I love the way it turned out. ♥️

I got my nose pierced her about a year ago. The staff was amazing and welcoming, and the facility was spotless. I had pierced my nose previously at Enigma in San Diego and so my expectations were high. Red Room was fantastic and my nose healed beautifully, especially with the awesome advice for aftercare.

Best tattoo shop in town. I have travelled to many tattoo shops internationally and this is one of my favourites. Very professional crew of experienced tattooers, clean and sterile work practices and aesthetically excellent tattoo work. Great advice and competitive pricing. Will be back for sure!

My beastie and I called and they were actually booked up for weeks (the county had just reopened) but I explained that my best friend of 27 years ( my beastie) and I wanted to get matching tattoos and piercings and we were on a mini bucket list adventure (my beastie has cancer) and they told us to be there at 11:30 am the following day!! Awesome place! GREAT TATTOOS AND PIERCING!

I don’t know if it was the piercing itself, the earring size or just it being a cartilage piercing. But I went in October, 2019 to get my conch pierced and I followed the aftercare rules to a T. 7 months later my ear got swollen and incredibly infected and I could barely get the earring out! It caused a pustule and I’m just mainly disappointed that I had to spend $140, where they charged me $60 for an ok looking earring, and the rest for it to be pierced. And now i just have to let it close back up. Oh well. Just be careful if you get any cartilage piercings here.

I brought my wife in to get a belly button piercing for her birthday. The place was empty but still took forever. She got an infection from the piercing even though we paid for the nice-reccommended jewelry. We'll go somewhere else next time.

My experience tonight with Cherie and her assistant was the worst customer service I have ever had before, when I was surprised with the cost of our piercings tonight the girl said that she had told us the price and when we told her no she did not explain all the hidden piercing fees I was then informed if I didn't like that then I could be taken to the back and have the piercing removed... no apology given for the confusion. Just rude!!!
we have been in Red Room many of times and gotten numerous tattoos and unfortunately after this experience I don't think I'll ever give my money to that place again.
