Asked to just speak to an artist, they said I'd have to make an appointment; which was fine. My issue is when they asked for a deposit... why would I pay a deposit if I haven't decided to do any work here?

They're the most friendly and professional tattoo shop in chico. I've gotten 4 tattoos and two nipple piercings from Redroom they're the only place in Chico I recommend.

I went in for a tat and they way over priced it because they didn't want to do it. They where very rude and the place was unclean. I went to another tattoo shop in the same town and got my tat done for about 300 and the place was clean.
