I've been to Victory a few times and have had all of my tattoos done by Judy. She's very professional, the tattoos she does come out exactly to your specifications and I'd highly recommend her for any ink you're thinking about getting. I've got 5 so far and am going to be going back to her for my next 6 or 7.

I want to make it very clear that this place is professional and everyone who work there is very kind. But when I went here over a year to go to go get my seconds and thirds done at the same time on my ears. The lady who did them showed me where she had placed the ink markings and asked if I liked them, I told her no because the left ear was completely crooked and not even with the right one at all. After she finally got the pen markings right she pierced me and the left ear was still done completely crooked. I had to wait a long time for them to heal and eventually went to a different place to go get my left ear completely redone.
