Great shop! Full of all sorts of cool antique, retro stuff. Rocks and Rene are crazy talented and always friendly. Chilled atmosphere and good tunes. Perfect place if you are going to be under the needle for a few hours. Always quality work. Keep coming back again and again and they never fail to deliver great art. Fantastic!

Great customer service even without getting actual service!! I called about receiving a possible ear piercing removal because of an infection (from a piercing done elsewhere) and the man on the phone was so nice and helpful. He offered to view my piercing through photos and provide next steps to take after seeing it before having to remove it. He gave me excellent feedback and I was very pleased with my experience. It was clear that the people working here are not just a business but also professionals who want to help people in the area they know best. That is not common and very appreciated.

Totally unprofessional. Never made it in the door because the only person I saw at that address was wearing dreadlocks and didn't have time to talk to me. The person answering the phone, Rica, was never there, was going to be there but never showed up and then told me I had to make an appointment. I only make appointments when I know your work justifies the appointment. Hard to make a justification over the phone. Totally unprofessional. My advice, go west up the street to the Different Views Tattoo. Excellent work reasonable prices.

I went in for a lip piercing and he didn’t even mark it and had eyeballed where to Insert the needle, he had to repierce it since he made a mistake but didn’t tell me he had to repeirce it until he was ready to pierce me again. At the end of all that the peircing ended up crooked.

Had great service! Had a great touch up on a very old tattoo on my inner ankle that was a cover up that the cover up was showing through & all the colors were just sooo faded. Everything that could be touched up without causing excess scarring & the colors to bleed over were done, but in the end once it healed it all blended nicely. The other 2 tattoos were touch-ups of tattoos I had done their a few years ago & they did a wonderful job of them also! I tend to scar pretty bad & so they recognized that & were careful & things healed beautiful & blended perfect 😍

Got two tattoos here a couple weeks before moving to Arizona and both artists were kind and efficient. Had a good chat during my sevond visit, too. Both artists were good about making sure they knew what I wanted and explaining to me how a design could be improved.

Went in for a septum piercing with a friend. Once it was pierced the guy said it would even out once the swelling went down. Which was strange bc she hadn’t even had the chance to look at it yet. My friend didn’t realize it was pierced extremely crooked until we got into the car. From the right nostril it was fine but from the left nostril it came out of the little bridge that divides our nostrils. Went back not even 30 minutes later. Told him it was crooked. Was trying to explain to him her concerns about the placement but he proceeded to remove it as she was talking. As he was getting ready to repierced it she said, “ I don’t think I want it anymore” he still went ahead and repierced it. Didn’t give her the option of a refund or for her to go back within a couple of weeks since it was just pierced a first time. AND yet again he still pierced it crooked. But now higher on the left side and lower on the right.
DONT GO THERE. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!

First of all the direction on there page is completely wrong and they have that on their Instagram! Second they made me waste a ton of gas because I called and they still gave me the wrong direction since they didn’t tell me they were In down town el centro. Third when I called TWICE I asked for the pirce of a piercing and I was told the wrong price and after I got it done they doubled the price even though I asked twice !! Terrible service we waited outside about 20 minutes even though I came during supposed open hours, overall terrible customer service.
