I brought my daughter here today to get her ear lobes pierced. I was greeted by a gentleman at the door that was kind and professional. We signed in, then waited in the wait room to wait for Amanda to help us. We literally did not even sit down for 2 minutes then she came out and called us over to her table. She is very kind, professional, courteous, and very personable. She was incredibly sanitary throughout the entire process and coached my daughter through the process. Afterward she cleaned my daughter's ears and gave her the instructions on how to take care of her ears. My daughter and I left very happy costumers. I would highly recommend Amanda for piercings. By the way, this place is philthy clean!!!

Ight so I really don’t write reviews 💀 but tbh this is a good place . Literally EVERYTIME I come in here I have 10/10 customer service. The first time I came in here was 2020 when niki was still working here and she was amazing & hella helpful but the most recent time with Amanda was 10000/10 . I got my tongue pierced and Amanda was hellaaaaa patient cuz I was so nervous but when I grew a pair & she finally pierced me it was so fast Ian feel a thing ( 0/10 pain ). I was havin technical difficulties with my card so she literally let me leave and go get money (I came back & paid ofc ) buh honestly the place is hella clean & juh vibe . Imma come back most def

Unfortunately my experience was terrible. I truly wish I'd had one of the professionals that the other reviewers have had. It was a young girl with quite the attitude. Didn't guide me through my piercing. Just stuck me. It hurt so bad. One earlobe. Quickly walked away from me and told me the how much I owed. Didn't sterilize didnt clean up the blood from my ear nothing. I get nervous when people are this unpleasant and unprofessional so I paid and left. Went to the nearest jewelry store and they cleaned my ear with Alcohol and gave me kleenex for blood. My ear quickly got infected within next 2 days. After healing about 2 months later I went to a wonderful amazing place in Fairfield and they were beyond kind ,professional and extremely friendly. So I truly wish I had one of the kind professionals that I read in your reviews. Unfortunately I didn't get that.

When I first came in no one was even there… I called no one picked up, it said they were open and I heard someone and they would not come up to the counter. While getting pierced it felt like they were being very rough with my ears but I thought maybe it was just the type of piercing I chose. I got four piercings and it felt like that with all of them there. I have a lot of experience with piercings and they usually never hurt but these were the most painful I’ve ever got. To top it all of they didn’t put the jewelry on right and one fell off while I was driving and I could not get it back on. I had a pretty horrible experience with the quality of the work and the service. I am very frustrated right now, I spent a LOT of money for bad piercings and they just laugh in your face when problems arise. Doing something permanent to your body should be done with care and with safe professional people but they treat it like it’s a game. It’s not a joke and everyone’s concerns and problems should be heard and taken care of.

Ms. Alverrez, an absolute stunner!!was great! I sat right down, she did a small repair. I had some lettering that was blown out.
Maybe 45 minnits 160 bucks.
