Nightwitch's Tattoos & Piercings

About three years ago I got my a double navel piercing at another studio. The next day I realized both of the larger portions of the jewelry were inside my navel and bumping each other (hopefully that makes sense.) It was incredibly uncomfortable as the piercing was very new and thus already sore. I went to Nightwitch and they were able to fix my piercings around to where they didn't bump anymore. I left satisfied & in less pain.

Fast forward to the present, I got a nose piercing done at yet another different studio. The shape of jewelry that the other studio put in would continuously fall out of my nose & after it fell out & I could not put it back in after a couple of days, I assumed it had closed because that's what the guys at the other studio told me would happen after as little as 20 minutes (false). I originally went to Nightwitch to get the other side of my nose pierced until Valerie asked me questions about my old piercing. I told her it had been out for a few days to which she told me to hold on & that she may be able to get a ring back in my existing piercing. To my surprise, she was able to get a new ring in saving me about $40 since I didn't have to get another piercing.

This was a very long review, but I said all this to say that Nightwitch is amazing! I've learned my lesson & will never go anywhere else. Valerie you are so kind and very knowledgeable. You could have easily not asked me any questions, pierced my other side & made more money, but instead you took the time to know my situation & I truly appreciate it. I'm now a customer for life!

Very professional, I came here for two cartilage piercing.

She was able to give a honest feedback regarding my two cartilage piercing. About the work setting, it was clean, the piercing room is separated from the tattoo area and I notice that they had an autoclave right in the piercing room. Because of the earlier research that I had done regarding about how certain things should be for a tattoo and piercing parlor. I was able to look back on it for safety measures and was put at ease.

Other than that, she could use a smile every now and then.

Valerie and Frankie are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Frankie did my art work about five years ago and I am still more than pleased with it. I get complements every day on Frankie's work. I don't know how many people I have recommend Ed to the shop but its been a ton. I'm going back again soon for some more work, as my family has grown... I had a tattoo done here about a year ago. a very simple design the guy went far to fast turned my arm into hamburger meet. he took personal phone calls during the tattoo and informed someone " oh i am just doin a small one be done in less then 30 minutes". this tattoo was for my child who has autism and you just want to rush through it!
I ended up having to get it fixed because he messed up the blue so much i got it fixed at Fresno tattoo and they didnt an amazing touch up. They had to re do all the color on my tattoo. Will never go back here again.
The lady in the front was nice so i did give her service a good. the place is very nicely decorated also.

I first contacted Valerie by email for a piercing that I've been interested in for a long time. The reply was fast and she answered every question I had. It seemed to me that she wasn't just trying to get me in the door to get paid either by what we talked about and all the information she gave me. She was very down to earth and gave it to me straight and its hard to find a buisness that isn't about the bs today. Before today I've never even thought about walking into a piercing shop but she made it very comfortable and homey. She even tolerated my very profound cursing when it came to the actual event. I won't give details but it wasn't an everyday ear or tongue piercing. Even she said she was surprised by the one I picked for my first piercing. I can't speak for the other artist that work there but Valerie took good care of me and I will always recommend her for anyone I know that needs a piercing. Thank you Valerie, today was an experience that I will always remember.

Lady at help desk was amazing. I came in with hoop cartilage piercings from the mall that I couldn't take off. A big no-no to pierce cartilage with a piercing gun; cartilage in ear could shatter like glass. Was given the proper medical metal ear piercing. She talked me through it as the cartilage had to stretch for the proper piercings.

Very clean building with true professionals. Will definetly visit them with any new piercings at their new location on Blackstone.

If your looking to get an awesome tatt, you need to come here! The shop is very nice and very clean. The staff is very welcoming, and assisted me in all my questions. Frankie (tattoo artist) is an excellent artist. I live an hour away from this shop, but will be coming back for antother tattoo. The customer service is terrific!

Went here when I was 16 with my mom and sisterand got my Angel bites done, that was about 6 years ago. Valerie was very professional, understanding and nice piercer. Now I might go back this year if possible and get a tragus piercing in my left ear and an industrial on my right. So, I would go back again, obviously, since I want to haha. I did take out my Angelbites and they scarred only because of my lack of care for them. Just thought I'd leave a review now instead of never!

Went here to get my tongue pierced. Should have ran when I saw the blood stain outside the front door. Valerie responded to another customer that she refused to do a piercing due to safety... Hmm then why did she have NO problem piercing through the vein in my tongue causing excessive bleeding???? A week later my sister in law got a tattoo from Frankie. Not only did he not tattoo the picture she wanted but he also scarred her beyond coverup possibility. No respectable artist will touch it. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!! Not even an ear piercing!

Response: I have been to your shop, I stated nothing but facts. I did have to seek medical care for my tongue and was informed I was lucky because you pierced straight through a vein. I warned my sister and she insisted on going. She regrets her decision and is trying to find a reputable artist that can fix frankie's jacked up work. I am not from another shop. I'm just warning people with the truth.

Love this shop 💗. Valerie was awesome, customer service top notch. Frankie did our tats, couldn't have asked for a better artist definitely will recommend and return soon.
